This is the fifth time I’ve bought or sold a house. I’m neither experienced nor a rookie. Somewhere in between. It was the first time we’ve tried to do a 1031 and a reverse 1031 at that. To say it was a frustrating process is probably putting it nicely. Bobbi handled it like a pro, better than that- she prevailed where some agents might give up and say it can’t be done, but she saw it through. That’s what you need in an agent.
